Ingredients
For the Chutney
- 2 cups of coriander leaves
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1 big raw mango
- 4 green chilies
- 1 big onion
- 4 /5 cloves of garlic
- 2 inch piece ginger
- salt
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
Vegetables
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 large carrots
- 5-6 lady fingers
- 5-6 small onions
Method
- Grind all chutney ingredients to a coarse paste.
- Cut potatoes and carrots in thick rounds and slit in between; slit lady finger, small onions and fill this chutney and steam.
- Can also keep in a pan and cook till done.
