Spinach and Cucumber Juice - add raw veggies to your diet

Spinach is one of the easiest green leafy vegetables to procure during the winter months. Seasonally abundant spinach is rich in vitamins and minerals. If getting your kids to eat spinach is a struggle, try giving them as a juice. Combined with a water-rich veggie like cucumber makes it easy to juice and makes it more palatable.
Ingredients
- Cucumber – 1 (chopped)
- Spinach- 2 cups (chopped)
- Ginger – as per taste
- Lemon – as per taste
Method
- Wash the spinach, cucumber and ginger thoroughly.
- Roughly chop the spinach, cucumber and ginger and place in a juicer jar.
- Blend till you get a smooth consistency.
- Enjoy your green juice!
