Spinach Sweet Potatoes Cutlets

Sweet Potatoes are rich in vitamins and help in giving our body the required strength, mixing it up with seasonal King Spinach you can reap the benefits.

Ingredients

  • Two thin sweet potatoes (boiled)
  • One cup Spinach (boil for 5 minutes only)
  • One chopped onion
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • Dry Mango powder 1 Tsp
  • Rock Salt 1 Tsp
  • Red Chilli powder as per taste
  • One tablespoon cold-pressed oil (for grease)
  • Coriander (optional)

Method

  • Mash the boiled sweet potatoes, add on spinach, make sure you do not boil the spinach more than 5 minutes as we just want to clean the dirt and not let the nutrients go. Then mix both the ingredients and blend them with your hands.
  • Add chopped green chilliand onion, dry mango powder, rock salt and red chilli powder.
  • If you want you can add coriander leaves for more greens.
  • Then spray some oil for the brown colour and shallow fry.

    Serve it withTomato dip and enjoy!
