Raw pineapple gazpacho

An extremely mouth-watering gazpacho made with pineapples. A must try!
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe pineapple chopped to fine pieces
- Remaining 1/2 pineapple for grinding
- 1 chilli / jalapeño ( use with caution based on your taste buds)
- Pink Salt to taste ( optional )
- Few twigs spring onions
Method
- Grind 1/2 of the pineapple, some spring onion twigs with chilli and salt to a purée
- Addchopped spring onions, finely chopped rest of the half pineapple to this.
Enjoy this chunky spicy pineapple gazpacho.
