Ingredients
For the curds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cupcoconut milk
- 10 curry leaves
- ginger chilli paste to taste
- salt
- juice of ½ lime
Vegetables and Garnish
- 1 cup chopped or grated veggies of your choice
- coriander as garnish
Method
- Blend all curd ingredients together to make a smooth creamy curd.
- Mix in veggies of your choice and garnish.
