Peanut Palak Vegetable

Time to make your winters all healthy with the addition of greens in your meal. Peanuts will only accelerate your health, they are a very good source of fats, fibre and proteins and help us a lot in improving our GUT health.
When spinach and peanuts meet it will surely result in something healthy and tasty
Ingredients
- One cup of Peanuts
- One cup Spinach
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- Dry Mango powder 1 Tsp
- Coriander powder 1 Tsp
- Himalayan Pink Salt 1 Tsp
- Red Chilli powder as per taste
- One teaspoon Mustard seeds
- Coriander for garnishing.
Method
- Take a frying pan and heat, roast peanuts for 5 minutes, then use the same pan and add mustard seeds. After spluttering, add one cup water, spinach leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder and pink salt as per taste.
- Time to add tomatoes and let it cook for 5 minutes by closing the lid.
- Add peanuts
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Tips: Green chillies are a very good source of Vitamin C adding them not only increase the taste but helps in the absorption of Iron.
