Naturally healthy tomato dip and a quick dessert for winter

Ingredients
For the dip -
- Tomatoes 3
- Italian seasoning
- Pink salt
- Kimia dates 2
- Garlic 1 pod
- Onion - small piece just for taste
For the dessert -
- 1 handful of grated coconut
- 4 Kimia dates chopped
- Cardamom powder
- 1.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp flax powder
- Deshelled raw peanuts if available in season
Method
Dip- Grind the ingredients for the dip
Dessert - is also ready to mix and use.
