Ingredients
- 4 grated carrots
- 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
- 3 tbsp dill leaves
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- salt to taste
- ¼ tsp pepper powder
Method
- Combine the lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Add carrots, dill and spring onions.
- Toss well and serve.
