In today's world, many new viruses are getting discovered and affecting a large population from various diseases. We cannot stop the viruses but we can develop our own immune system to fight against the viruses and prevent our body from their attack.
Here is one recipe of a decoction that will help to build the immunity.


Ingredients

  • Dry grapes (munnaka) : 5 - 6
  • Black pepper : 1/2 spoon
  • Dry ginger powder (saunth) : 1/2 spoon
  • Tulsi : 6 - 7 leaves

Method

  • Take a glass of water and add all the ingredients to it.
  • Boil it until the water becomes 1/4th. Strain it and drink it 2 - 2 sips with some time intervals. 
  • Drink around 20 ml per person per day. 

If you have fever, diarrhea, piles or any other such health problem, consult your doctor before drinking or avoid drinking.
