Green peas mash- Dairy-free! Oil-free!

Ingredients
- Green peas: 1 cup
- Cashew cream: 2 tbsp All-purpose-cashew-cream-raw-dairy-free
- Capsicum: ¼ cup
- Green chili: 1 no
- Ginger: ½ inch
- Basil leaves: A handful.
- Rock salt: to taste.
Method
- Blend green chili, ginger, capsicum, and basil leaves without adding water.
- Steam green peas until cooked really soft.
- Mash steamed peas with a potato masher.
- Mix the blended mix with the mashed peas and season with enough salt.
- Serve with dollops of savory cashew cream
