Golden Apple / Bael juice

Bael is sweet, light, digestive and kindler of Gastric fire. It destroys intestinal worms, stops nausea, vomiting. As per Ayurveda it is the remedy for all the three systemic disturbances i.e cough, wind and bile.
It is a great ANTI -OXIDANT and purifies the blood .
It speeds up the healing of Gastric ulcers.
Ingredients
- Golden apple / bael - 2
- Jaggery powder - 5 table spoon
- Tamarind juice - 2 table spoon
Method
- Clean the Bael Fruit and cut it into two halves . Take out it's pulp and add one glass of water in it. Boil it for 5 min so that the pulp dissolves quickly and easily . After boiling , keep it to cool down . Then gently mesh the whole mixture and filter it with the help of Sieve .
- Now add 5 table spoons of jaggery powder and 2 table spoons of tamarind juice .
- Add one and half glass of water to dilute the mixture . Shake it well and keep it in the fridge to get chilled.
- Serve this juice chilled to get relief from the Scroching heat .
