Lemongrass is a herb that is known for its anti-inflammatory, digestive, and stress-relieving properties. It also helps in digestion of food and reduces bloating. This easy to make infusion tea is the ideal choice to treat your digestive, mental, and weight issues.

Ingredients

  • Water: 1 cup
  • Dry lemongrass: 1.5 spoons or fresh lemon grass 1 blade
  • Honey: if needed (as per taste)

Method

  • Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  • Put 1.5 spoons of dry lemongrass in the boiling water and let it infuse for 5 minutes.
  • Strain the tea into a cup and add honey if needed.

  • It can be consumed at any time of the day.
  • Preferably consumed without sweetener for maximum benefit.
