Nourish your family with this plant-based, nutrient dense recipe of Lord Ganesha's favorite sweet!
Ingredients
- Cashews: 3 tbsp (30g)
- Almonds: 2 tbsp (20g)
- Roughly Chopped Dates: 7-8 (60g)
- Raisins: 2 tbsp (15g)
- Desiccated Coconut: 1/4th cup (20g)
- Cardamom: a pinch
Method
- Powder cashews and almonds.
- Add rest of the ingredients and make a dough
- Press into modak moulds/shape as laddos
- Serve
Optional: Add dried rose petals
