Cucumber Mint Cooler

Dairy free chaas, made with vegan yoghurt. Refreshing and cooling. Summertime sees us needing a lot of hydration. Instead of reaching out to packaged drinks loaded with preservatives, make this chaas which is quick and healthy.
Ingredients
- Cucumber: 200 gms (peeled)
- Raw mango pulp: 2 tablespoons
- Any dairy-free yoghurt: 1 cup
- Ginger: 1 teaspoon (grated)
- Mint leaves: 2 tablespoons
- Black salt: To taste
- Water: to suit the consistency preferred
- Green chili: Tiny bit (optional)
Method
- Place the cucumber, raw mango pulp, grated ginger, mint leaves, green chilli piece if using and black salt in the blender and blend well.
- Add the yoghurt and blend together. Add enough water to get the right consistency.
- Adjust seasoning.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled.

- Blending with cucumber gives it a great texture.
