Coconut cashew chutney

Serve this chutney with your morning breakfast idli or dosa , evening snack . You can also use this as salad dressing.
Coconut is good for health. It has high fibre content , water, vitamin B6 and potassium.
Coconut is good for skin and hair . It is also good for digestion .
Ingredients
- 1 coconut
- 1/2 cup of overnight soaked Cashews
- Coriander leaves
- 4-5 green chilies
- 2-3 teaspoons Chia seeds powder
- Rock salt as per taste
- 1/2 lemon
Method
- Grind coconut with 1/2 glass of water.
- Grind overnight soaked cashew and make its paste.
- Grind green chilies and coriander leaves make its paste.
- Mix the coconut paste , cashew paste and green chilly coriander paste.
- Add 2 teaspoons of chia seed powder.
- Add rock salt as per taste .
- Squeeze 1/2 lemon into it and give a good mix .
- Chutney is ready to serve.
