Ingredients

  • 1 coconut- grated
  • 8 dry red chilies
  • 5 shallots
  • 1 marble sized piece of tamarind
  • salt to taste

Method

  • Roast the red chilies, coconut and shallots.
  • Add all the ingredients into a blender/food processor and grind with tamarind without adding water.
  • Use as a chutney or serve as a side dish with rice.
