Ingredients
- 1 coconut- grated
- 8 dry red chilies
- 5 shallots
- 1 marble sized piece of tamarind
- salt to taste
Method
- Roast the red chilies, coconut and shallots.
- Add all the ingredients into a blender/food processor and grind with tamarind without adding water.
- Use as a chutney or serve as a side dish with rice.
