Chilled Mango Soup - Wholesome & Easy-to-make Cold Soup

A spiced up mango pulp blended into a cool wholesome soup that can be whipped up in a jiffy. Soups are versatile in their usage. Have them piping hot during winter and have them chilled during summer.
Here’s a quick to make, kid friendly, dairy free, cold soup your kids will ask for more and more.
Ingredients
- Ripe mango: 1 cup (peeled and cubed)
- Coconut milk: ½ cup or less
- Ginger: 1 tbsp (grated)
- Lime: 1 no (juiced)
- Chilli flakes: a pinch
- Black Salt: ¼ tsp
- Mint leaves: 2-3 (chopped)
Method
- Blend mangoes, black salt and grated ginger, adding coconut milk little by little to arrive at the right consistency.
- Add lime juice and chilli flakes.
- Serve chilled with a dash of chilli flakes and chopped mint leaves.

- Fruits are best had first thing in the morning.
- Ideally fruits are best eaten alone, however you can mix them when used as a treat, once in a while.
