Ingredients

3 fresh Amal (Indian gooseberry)

3 Fresh carrot

1 spoon Ginger juice (Optional)

Glass of warm water
Method

Wash with clean water & cut into pieces - of both carrot and amla.

Add some lukewarm water and with the help of a juicer make juice of it and filter the waste.

Now take a glass and add this amla carrot juice and its ready to drink.

For additional taste and for good digestion you can add 1 spoon ginger juice as well.
