Buckwheat Rotis for Gluten free Diet

As we are moving towards healthy eating it is important for us to consider gluten in our diet.Gluten is one such thing which plays an enemy in today's diet and is highly adulterated.
So, here there is your saviour. We have eaten wheat Rotis for all most our whole life, so we need our solution with the same taste. Buckwheat Rotis are the best replacement and easy to make.
Ingredients
- One cup Buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- Pinch of rock salt
- 1 tablespoon cold pressed oil
- 1/2 cup gram flour
Method
- Mix all the ingredients like buckwheat flour, warm water, gram flour and salt together and make a soft dough.
- Make a small spherical ball and roll them out in round rotis.
- Use oil for brushing and on a lower flame place the roti on the pan. Flip the rotis after some time and let it cook on the given side. Do the same for the opposite side. Brush some cold pressed oil on either side.
- Your buckwheat roti is ready. Enjoy them with any curry or vegetable of your choice.
