Beetroot Juice - get your vitamins & minerals naturally

Cook Time: no cooking involved
Servings: 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • Beetroot: 1
  • Lemon Juice: 2 tsp
  • Water: 1 cup or as required

Method

  • Wash your beets thoroughly. Peel, chop into chunks and add to the mixer jar.
  • Now grind the beetroot using some water.
  • Add more water to attain the desired consistency.
  • You may choose to strain to remove big lumps, if any.
  • Add lemon juice and enjoy your way to health!

  • Food Group: Vegetables (raw)
  • Veggies, are loaded with enzymes and high water content. They aid in digestion and act as daily dose of vitamins and minerals. Juicing raw vegetables is a tried and tested way to ensure your kids take in their share of raw (even the fussy ones!)
  • Remember not to add any salt to vegetable juices, else it will ferment in your tummy!
