Beetroot has always been rich in nutrients, though seasonal variety which we will not find now this is the recipe for you to savour this winter. There are a lot of things which we need to put in perspective when talking about beetroot cutlets, it can be tried with a lot of variations, but this is the healthier version of it.

As not only beetroot but it also got Corn, which is another healthy ingredient. Beetroot and corn are rich in Vitamins and Minerals. Mainly, this recipe consists of rice flour, which is an excellent replacement for all-purpose flour. So, you must try have tried this recipe with amazing benefits. Here is the way to do it.


Ingredients

  • 2-3 Beetroot Grated.
  • 2 Boiled Potatoes
  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Coriander
  • Dry Mango powder 1 Tsp
  • Rock Salt 1 Tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 Tsp
  • Chilli or chilli powder as per taste
  • Lemon Juice 1 Tsp
  • Steamed corn 1 cup
  • Cold Pressed Oil for frying

Method

  • Mixture: Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients like beetroot, green chillies, Corn, rice flour, potatoes, dry mango powder, rock Salt, cumin powder, lemon juice.
  • Bind them all together to make a Soft Dough
  • Start making flat cutlets. Freeze them for 15-20 minutes so that the cutlets stay bind even while frying.
  • Take a panand cook the cutlets on medium heat using very little oil.
  • Serve it with homemade tomato ketchup or any chutney of your choice.
