Banana, Black Grapes & Dates Smoothie - to keep you energized through the day

Banana, Black Grapes & Dates juice is a loved-by-all, sumptuous beverage! While banana adds volume and sweetness, black grapes lend their unique colour to create a tempting drink for breakfast or evening snack. What more, we used dates instead of any refined sugar to make it all-natural!
It is not only a treat for your taste buds, is so filling that it could also be used as a meal replacement when you want to give a break to your digestive system.
Ingredients
- Bananas: 2 (peeled and chopped)
- Dates: 4-5 (deseeded)
- Black grapes: 100 g or 1 cup (de-seeded)
- Water as per consistency
Method
- Blend the cut banana, black grapes and the deseeded dates together well in a blender.
- Add ¼ to ½ cup of water as per the desired consistency and give it a blend one more time.
Tasty banana-black grapes with dates juice is ready to be served!
Eating Guide:
- Food group: Fruits.
- Best time to eat: mornings as breakfast or first meal. Can be eaten as evening snacks.
- Great way to up fruits for kids.
- Remember to eat alone and not mixed with meals.
