Avocado also known as 'butter fruit' is a very rich source of Potassium. They are also rich in fibre and helps to maintain cholesterol levels. It is rich in good fats and provided satiety too.
Enjoy this dip with freshly cut vegetables.


Ingredients

  • Avocado : One medium sized
  • Onion: One small
  • Tomato: One small

Method

  • Cut the riped Avocado in two pieces from the centre.
  • Take the seed out.
  • Scoop the whole Avocado in a large bowl.
  • Cut onion and tomato in small pieces.
  • Mix all together and add salt and pepper according to your taste.

  • Could be prepared easily.
  • Goes well with most snacks as well!
