Raw Amla and Dill chutney
Ingredients
- Amla - 2-3
- Dill leaves - 1 handful
- Coconut - 2 2 inch pieces
- Green chilli - 1
- Dhaniya leaves -2 handfuls (optional, can be a variation for change of taste)
- Salt - as per taste
Method
- Wash amla and chop into small pieces. Chop coconut and green chillies as well.
- Remove Dill leaves stem and wash well.
- Remove dhaniya leaves stem and wash well (if adding).
- Blend them all in a blender and add salt as per taste.
Tangy Amla Dill chutney is ready.
