सफ़ेद पेठे का जूस पाचन क्रिया को दुरुस्त करने में अहम भूमिका निभाता है। ये जूस कैन्सर, लिवर के रोग, पथरी, शुगर, ब्लडप्रेशर में बहुत ही लाभदायक होता है। 

Ingredients

  • सफ़ेद पेठा (ashguard) - 20 g

  • करी पत्ता - 4 से 5

  • पानी - 150 ml


Method

  • सफ़ेद पेठे को धो लें और बीच से बीज हटा लें।

  • अब करी पत्ते के साथ बारीक पीस लें।

  • 150ml पानी मिला कर सर्व करें।

  • इसको छान ने की ज़रूरत नहीं है।
